What happens if I exceed my property limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next plan. We'll never disable AI on your existing properties mid-month — you'll have until your next billing cycle to decide.
Which booking platforms does Vacado support?
Vacado currently works with Airbnb and VRBO conversations, plus direct booking messages. More integrations are being added — if you're on a specific platform, reach out and we'll prioritize it.
Is my guests' data private?
